Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford & Cecil Counties

Our mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.  Our services are offered year-round—after-school and during the summer months.  We offer daily access to a broad range of programs in five core program areas: Character & Leadership Development; Education & Career Development; The Arts; Health & Life Skills; and Sports, Fitness and Recreation.  Our programs have received local and national recognition for their quality, impact and innovative design.  All programs are child-focused and field-tested to meet the specific needs of our Club members and their families. 

We want the Clubs to be accessible for every child in Harford & Cecil Counties, so we keep our membership fees at the low cost of $20 per year, even though the cost per member is much higher.  Club Members have access to some pretty Great experiences throughout the year: they engage in community service projects; get valuable feedback on their homework; engage in fun STEM activities, like creating movies using claymation and building robotics; and even get to go on field trips to different colleges and businesses where they learn about different career opportunities.
