Brain Injury Association of Dc Inc

BIADC is a 100%-volunteer (so we need your donations!) staffed organization which serves constituents through: scholarships and grants to those who are trying to complete education or other work following brain injury: a monthly support group meeting for survivors of traumatic brain injuries (TBI); and advocacy on education and protective measures related to brain injuries in student athletes, including championing the D.C. Athletic Concussion Protection Act of 2011.  The founding board of directors represents persons with brain injuries, family members, professionals in the medical and rehabilitation fields, and individuals from the education and legal communities.  BIADC is an affiliate of the national Brain Injury Association of America.  For more information, visit www.biadc.org.
