Bigger Than Sports

Our mission at Bigger Than Sports (BTS) is to empower students from underserved communities to reach their full potential. Working in communities with high poverty and low educational attainment rates, we provide educational resources and guidance to create and execute comprehensive plans during the pivotal transition to life after high school. 

Through sports, partnerships, programs, and events, BTS assists young people, offering support to help them fulfill their potential, pursue their passions and break generational cycles. A cornerstone of BTS is the Career Pathway Navigator Program. Through our comprehensive curriculum, each student receives one-on-one guidance from a Career Pathway Navigator to create a personalized post-high school plan, whether it involves trade school, higher education, entering the workforce, or pursuing a unique passion.
