Black Canyon City Community Association Inc

The Black Canyon City Community Association recieved 32+ acres in 2006 to be used as a public park.  Since then the park has recieved over $700,000 in grants and hundreds of volunteer hours to create a pond for endangered Arizona fish and restore the riparian features of the property.  Visitors enjoy our trail (about 3/4 mile - easy level) around the pond and simulated soothy stream.  We now are focused on providing the interpretive experiences and signs to arouse curriousity that leads to discovery and stewardship of our environmental, historical, and cultural values.
