Tools For Change's primary mission is to promote and participate in community economic development initiatives targeted to assist low to moderate income minority entrepreneurs in Miami Dade County, Florida.

Black Economic Development Coalition, Inc. d/b/a Tools For Change also known as TFC is a non- profit CDFI loan fund that provides small business loans and developmental services to low-moderate income, minorities, veteran owned, and woman owned small businesses and entrepreneurs.

We are a ONE STOP shop for small business owners offering a combination of Micro Loans, Small Business Services, Technical Assistance, and 101 business education courses that are designed to meet the needs of all underserved entrepreneurs of Miami Dade County.
