Bling Inc

B.L.I.N.G. INC. stands for Business Leaders Inspiring the New Generation.  It started with the idea that while some individuals are born leaders, others can be cultivated into strong and inspiring influencers and have a positive impact on the world around them.  BLING was founded to provide deserving youth with the training, exposure and opportunities today, to help develop them into the leaders of tomorrow.

WHAT WE DO

We developed The Get Smart© program which is a series of workshops, seminars and experiences designed to provide meaningful leadership training and guidance. At its core is the process that directs participants in the creation of a personal plan that guide their development in the program and beyond.  Our training is conducted by business leaders with expertise in their fields and a passion for helping youth. 

OUR IMPACT

Since the launch of our pilot program, nearly 65,000 people have visited our website to explore our program, and more than 300 girls have either inquired or applied.  However, due to limited resources, we have only been able to accept and train a little over 100 young women.  We would like to expand our outreach and increase these numbers. 

HOW YOU CAN HELP

·  We offer this program to participants at no cost to them.  Funding from generous donors like you, allows us to continue to provide our programs to deserving youth.

·  While we tightly manage expenses, and like all organizations, we incur administrative and infrastructure costs to help us fulfill our mission.  Priorities include training, technology, office expenses, and resources to enhance the program.

·  Our strategic plans call for growth; both locally and in new regions across the country and a goal of doubling the annual number of participants starting in 2016.
