Blossom Place

We address immediate needs of safe housing, food, and clothing. Then we move on to the root causes by addressing the life skills needed, physical and mental health challenges, healing for past trauma, building coping and relationships skills. Our individualized, holistic mentoring approach addresses each young woman where she is at and walks beside her on her journey to a brighter future. Each woman works through her own Independence Plan gaining skills and meeting goals in a wide scope of areas including personal documents, employment skills, education, health care, mental health, finances, and parenting. Our goal is that upon completion, usually between 6-24 months, they will have the skills and confidence to independently provide for themselves and their children. We envision strong, thriving families supported by an empowered, career-minded parent.
