Blue Star Regiment Instrumental Music Association

It is the mission of the Blue Star Regiment Instrumental Music Association, in partnership with the Band Director and school administration, to provide each of our students an opportunity to receive the best performing arts education possible.  We intend to accomplish this objective by providing moral, physical, and financial support to the band program in its effort to expose our children to the many opportunities available to them through participation in the musical arts. Music is an integral part of a comprehensive education. It enables all students to discover and develop their artistic potential through musical experiences in listening, performing, analyzing, moving and creating.

We commit ourselves to the task of assisting those less fortunate to also participate and enjoy the benefits of band membership.  We pledge to promote a spirit of fellowship and goodwill with all areas of the school and always encourage our students to be the best ambassadors possible for John W. North High School.
