Boldly Me

Our Signature Program, BoldJourney, trains and teaches our Self Compassion and Physical Wellness Classes to teachers and students. In close partnership with local school districts, we go into classrooms and teach students how to love themselves, respect one another and take responsibility for their lives.

We teach techniques for coping with problems in positive and assertive ways, such as how to build healthy self-esteem and how to recognize and change destructive behaviors such as depression, suicide, cutting, and bullying.
