It has been a quarter of a century since the first hot meal was served from the trunk of a car to homeless individuals residing in vacant buildings in East Palo Alto. This was the humble beginnings of Bread of Life EPA (BOLEPA).
As BOLEPA embarks on the next half of a century, our focus will be on helping individuals realize their potential and set goals to obtain a higher level of living with assistance.
Training and job development are key in breaking the cycle of poverty.
