Breakpoint Tennis & Life Skills Academy

Our mission: Building positive self-esteem, confidence, and a pathway to post-secondary success for under resourced youth through in-school, after school and summer tennis and educational programs.

Breakpoint provides a school-year pathway and summer tennis, reading, and life skills camps to under-resourced youth year-round. Our school-year pathway program delivers in-school and after-schoo tennis and mental health clincs focused on improving youth mental health. We weave life skills linked to the CASEL SEL Core Competencies framework into our tennis curriculum.. Our summer tennis and reading program includes our mental health program alongside literacy education programming in partnership with Nine PBS' "Drawn In" Initiative and St. Louis Public Library's summer reading program.
