Autism Breakthrough of Knoxville

Autism Breakthrough of Knoxville was founded in 1999 by parents of children with autism. Breakthrough is changing the way autism services are provided in Tennessee. Breakthrough offers various services including community living, community employment, therapeutic services, independent living, and respite & recreation among others. Autism Breakthrough of Knoxville is proud to provide person-centered and innovative supports to Knoxville and surrounding counties.

Autism Breakthrough is in the process of moving to a new location, 1700 Liberty Street which will be home to Breakthrough's Autism & Community Outreach Center. There are various spaces available for both the community and those served to use including an enabling technology room, a driving simulator, a sensory room, and various therapeutic rooms.
