Brian Gibbons Homeless Outreach has extensive experience working with the homeless population, demonstrating a deep commitment to providing support where it is most needed. We have spent years engaging directly with individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring that their basic needs are met and offering a compassionate, empathetic presence during some of the most difficult times in their lives. Our approach to outreach is hands-on and personalized. We believe in meeting people where they are—whether that means going into the woods, abandoned buildings, or even cars—to offer support and connect with those who may be hesitant or unable to access traditional services. Our focus is not just on providing immediate physical resources like food, blankets, and clothing, but on building trust and long-term relationships with individuals. We understand that many people facing homelessness are also dealing with complex, underlying issues, and we take the time to listen, counsel, and guide them through their challenges. We journey alongside individuals and families towards safe, sustainable, and affordable housing. We help assure they have the skills so they do not return to homelessness.

Basic Needs supplies provided (tents, food, sleeping bags, blankets, clothing, gas cards, camping supplies for survival)

In 2025 we supported 166 confirmed unhoused individuals/families in need of supplies, case management, counseling, and long term housing goals.  

Thus far in 2026, we have supported over 64 individuals and currently have a 84 % positive exit rate ( meaning 84% of individuals who exit our program are not retuning to places NOT meant for human habitation).
