Bridgeway Foundation is a purpose-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives and restoring dignity among underserved communities in Ghana and beyond. With a strong focus on girl child education, women empowerment, and inclusive development, we operate under the conviction that every individual regardless of gender, background, or ability has a purpose worth pursuing.

Bridgeway Foundation’s Five Core Program Umbrellas

Umbrella 1: Stay in School initiative

Focus: Keeping school children, especially girls, in school. Programs Include: - Provision of sanitary pads, uniforms, and school supplies
- Tuition support and scholarships for girls
- After-school mentorship and purpose clubs
- Anti-teen pregnancy & menstrual hygiene education

Umbrella 2: Ability without Limits

Focus: Supporting physically challenged children and adults. Programs Include:

• Mobility and assistive device distribution (wheelchairs, crutches)
• Inclusive learning programs and specialized tuition
• Access to healthcare and therapy referrals
• Campaigns to end stigma and promote accessibility

Umbrella 3: Community Impact Projects

Focus: Uplifting underserved communities through development. Programs Include:

• Clean water and sanitation projects
• Community library and learning center construction
• Food and clothing relief
• Environment clean-up and green space development

Umbrella 4: Skills & Startup empowerment

Focus: Empowering unemployed youth, women, and groups with vocational and entrepreneurial skills. Programs Include:

• Hands-on training in fashion, beadmaking, baking, soap making
• Digital literacy and entrepreneurial development
• Support for group-led business ventures and cooperatives
• Mentorship and micro-business coaching

Umbrella 5: Health for purpose initiative

Focus: Promoting health education, early detection, and access to medical support. Programs Include:

• Community-based health education and awareness campaigns
• Free health screening clinics (BP, diabetes, vision, reproductive health)
• Distribution of basic health kits (first aid, hygiene, sanitary packs)
• Partnerships with local clinics for ongoing referrals and care
