Brother Martin High School

The mission of Brother Martin High School is to form young people through a holistic education that fosters academic excellence in a caring, disciplined community which integrates Catholic tradition and the charism of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart to meet the needs of a changing world.

Brother Martin High School is owned and operated by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. Educating young men in grades 8 through 12, Brother Martin challenges its students to define their lives with courage and confidence. Brother Martin is committed to holistic education with a focus on religious values, academic excellence, personal attention, and friendly discipline. A District 9-5A school, Brother Martin offers a full range of athletic teams and club sports at the 8th, 9th, junior varsity and varsity levels. Students can choose from a variety of academic, athletic, and service extracurricular activities. Permeated with the tradition of the Brothers of the Sacred Heart and their lay parnters in mission, Brother Martin offers young men the opportunity to make positive contributions to their world. To quote our namesake, Brother Martin Hernandez, S.C., (1904 -1991), "We are not here to teach boys how to make a living but how to make a life."
