Black Student Fund

The Black Student Fund (BSF), founded in 1964, is dedicated to bringing people together by maintaining access to independent schools in the metropolitan Washington, DC area for African American children, pre-kindergarten through grade 12, from low to moderate-income households.

BSF prepares its Scholars for life and helps to create a rich, equitable educational environment in which students and adults from different racial, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds benefit from regular interaction.
