Buena Vista United Methodist Church

Buena Vista United Methodist Church was founded as a church reaching out to immigrant Japanese communities in 1898—and has become pan-Asian and multicultural in its constituency over the years. We draw upon our immigrant history to address issues from a faith informed perspective. We strive to be a prophetic voice for justice and an influence in our local and global communities. Buena Vista UMC is a welcoming, reconciling, multigenerational community of faith open to all.
