"It's now or never,"

This is what the women of Burundi said to founder of Burundi Friends International, Jeanine, during a visit home and this couldn't be more true. Since its start in 2007, BFI has provided 44,000 books and over 30 computers to five different schools, universities and English clubs throughout the countryside along with numerous containers of medical equipment. We currently partnered with Project C.U.R.E and PCI Global and are working together in creating greater economic empowerment opportunities in Burundi.

Burundi Friends International is 100% powered by volunteers and the support of our donors, or what we consider friends. Here we ask for your friendship. A friendship in which we empower each other and support one another. With your friendship, we can continue our efforts and diminish poverty in Burundi.
