Crossroads Clinic Volunteers In Medicine

Crossroads Clinic provided 1,052 free medical visits in 2020 to adults who were not insured.  Our services include free care provided by volunteer licensed MD's, ANP's, RN's, pharmacists, counselor, physical therapist, and a diabetic educator. We have the ability to perform some testing at our office such as an UA, ECG, FSBS, and HbA1c. We provide for our patients diabetic testing and insulin needs. Hypertensive patients are provided with home blood pressure monitoring machines. Referrals to specialists are given as determined by the physician. Further testing and x-rays are ordered based on the physician's assessment.
