The vision of CLASS is to be the provider of choice for people with disabilities and their families; to be the employer of choice for new and existing staff; and to be the investment of choice for individual, corporate, and foundation donors.

The programs we offer at CLASS evolve and grow based on the needs of the people with disabilities whom we serve. Our newest program is Supported Employment Services. Unemployment rates are triple among people with disabilities. By providing Supported Employment Services we are able to to work alongside individuals as they navigate the process of finding, applying for and starting a job. Unemployment rates are triple among people with disabilities. We strive to equip each individual with the skills and confidence they need throughout the job seeking process. We support uniqueness, wholeness and dignity of each person. We strive to respond to the individual needs and preferences of each person we support and serve.

We support the life-long growth and development of all people.

In addition to Employment, CLASS supports all people with disabilities through Residential Services, In-Home or Community Partners, Assistive Technology, Person-Centered Counseling, Centre Day Program and Structured Day.
