Crisis Response Ministry

A nonprofit organization

Crisis Response Ministry (CRM) is a non-profit charitable faith-based organization that provides a victim-centered approach to meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of victims of crime, disaster and terrorism. CRM's Disaster and Crime Victim Services Unit work within the criminal justice and emergency management systems to provide advanced victim services to primary and secondary victims, caregivers and First Responders throughout the East Texas area.

Your Financial Partnership is Strategic as Crisis Response Ministry:
Most resources in the criminal justice system are allocated to provide public safety, investigate criminal activity and punish the criminal. Primary and secondary victims are often left alone, isolated and without the physical and emotional support needed to mitigate through the long-lasting effects of devastating and traumatic events. This can result in feelings of helplessness and isolation. Victims can become overwhelmed and begin to avoid dealing with the investigation and prosecution phases of the criminal justice system.
"Provides Victim Focused Services..." CRM provides the following direct services: 24-hour HELP-Line • on scene intervention • accompaniment to hospital, law enforcement interviews and criminal justice system events • emergency sheltering • information and referrals • crisis intervention • follow-up support and community education. As acts of crime continue to negatively impact communities, the need for support services for victims continues to increase.
"Receives Referrals From…" Victims are referred to CRM by government and community organizations.
