Caldwell Christians Care, Inc.

Our mission is to express the love of God by caring for people through acts of kindness. Caldwell Christians Care exists to serve the needy in our community through our food pantry, our resale shop and by providing assistance with other basic necessities of life however and whenever possible.

Caldwell Christians Care started in 1988 as a small volunteer effort dedicated to serving those in need within the Burleson County area. Since those early years, Caldwell Christians Care has provided assistance in various forms to thousands of people in need. We are an all-volunteer non-profit organization that operates a resale shop enabled by donations of clothing and miscellaneous household items. The proceeds from sales in the resale shop allow us to provide ongoing assistance to our community. A vital part of the assistance we provide is through our Caldwell Christians Care Food Pantry. The pantry distributes a variety of essential foods. From shelf-stable goods to meats, we are able to help bring food to those in need. The pantry embraces a "Client Choice Model" which allows our clients to choose from a variety of food items tailored to their dietary needs and household sizes. We are driven by a desire to ensure that no one in our community faces hunger alone. Caldwell Christians Care also provides assistance with payment of utilities and directs clients to other resources which may help them meet their long-term needs.
