Camp Mohawk exists for one purpose: to change the world one girl at a time.

Our mission statement, in short, focuses on growth for each girl by developing her character and values through leadership and experience. It should really be called a mission package because it extends far beyond the words. At Camp Mohawk, our mission statement isn’t just something you read about in our literature, it’s something our campers and staff see, experience and feel.

When a girl comes to Mohawk we have an expectation for her; she will return to her community as a force for good, she will be an example to others of politeness and good manners, she will be confident, responsible and socially conscious. She will approach life with an open mind, with faith and trust, she will be a strong, positive leader who rejects bullying and stands up for those weaker than herself.
