26% of our county's children live in poverty.  Together, we must do everything possible to change this.

Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County (CAPSBC) works with our low-income communities by supporting, advocating for and empowering low-income residents to achieve self-sufficiency. 

CAPSBC delivers critical services to those in need through its three main programs:  

• Food Bank - the largest provider of emergency food in San Bernardino County supporting  200 soup kitchens and food pantries.  5,500 volunteers help distribute over 14 million pounds of food each year.
• Family Development Program -  providing emergency assistance and other programs helping low income children, families, seniors, veterans and homeless individuals throughout the county.
• Energy, Education, and Environmental Services Program - providing energy education, home weatherization and utility bill assistance.
