Caramel Connections

Caramel Connections Foundation's (CCF) mission is to come alongside Southern California's most underserved communities to help our children and their families know that their health matters. CCF is tackling obesity and heart disease by bringing fun to fitness and sparking a love of organic gardening and healthy eating.  

Thanks to the support of community leaders, colleges, students, volunteers, corporations and fitness coaches CCF has programs that the entire community can enjoy.
