Community Animal Rescue and Adoption, Inc. (C.A.R.A.) is a 501c(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to saving dogs and cats in need of loving homes. We are also committed to providing low cost spay/neuter options to reduce the population of unwanted animals in Mississippi. We work to educate our community on topics such as pet healthcare and responsible ownership.
