Since 1996, CareerPoint has been serving the workforce and economic development needs of individual job seekers, social service agencies, and the business community throughout Hampden County and beyond.

CareerPoint is not a staffing agency nor are we a recruiter. We are a private, stand-alone, not-for-profit corporation fueled by a combination of federal, state and private funds. Working closely with many community partners, CareerPoint strives to represent the best the career center system has to offer.

CareerPoint serves the business community through organization of Job Fair events and Informational Seminars along with posting openings and participation in area Chambers of Commerce. 

CareerPoint loves to facilitate the connection between the jobseeker and the Employer.  When a person gets a job, it helps not only them and their family but the company and local economy as well.  We celebrate the successes of our customers every day in our morning meeting and we are all very passionate about what we do! Caring and a sense of humor mark all of our interactions, helping people feel more comfortable in what is usually a stressful time in their lives.
