Caregiver Connections

Caregiver Connections is a small non profit organization located in the Vail and Eagle River Valley in Colorado. 

Our mission is to connect family caregivers of older adults to resources and respite that will empower them to be the best caregivers they can be. We meet our mission by giving caregivers time for themselves while engaging their loved ones in meaningful activities that provide social and cognitive support. We also connect them with supportive resources they may need on their journey.

Donated funds go directly towards fulfilling this mission and assisting as many local caregivers as possible.
