CASA Youth Advocates

CASA Youth Advocates empowers community volunteers to connect with and champion children and youth who have experienced abuse or neglect.  Our mission is to advocate for equity, resources, stability and permanency on behalf of the children and youth we serve.  For more than 30 years, our advocates have been heroes in the lives of youth in the child welfare system in Delaware and Chester counties. 

Last year, we provided a record - breaking 328 children with a CASA advocate. Whether they are ensuring the child is being cared for appropriately in their foster placement, acting as an Educational Decision Maker, helping with college applications, or offering a supportive listening ear, our CASA volunteers provide the youth with a form of consistency in their often-chaotic lives. But, our work is not done. There are still more than 50% of children in each county who qualify for a CASA, and need our assistance.  We need your help to continue meeting the needs of these vulnerable children and youth.
