Coastal Community Foundation empowers individuals, families, and organizations to make a lasting impact through permanent, endowed funds for charitable giving.

Coastal Community Foundation began in 1974 with $9,000 from The Rotary Club of Charleston to serve the tri-county area. Today we manage over $511 million in combined assets held in over 800 individual funds. Thousands of donors are served and charitable organizations supported throughout the eight coastal counties of South Carolina. Our expertise and and investment strategies ensure that endowments continue to support significant grantmaking in our communities, now and for future generations.
