Vocational Programs
At our on-site work center, we provide employment and work experience for people with disabilities by sub-contracting with local businesses such as Bob’s Red Mill, Daimler Trucks North America and the Kinetic Group. We also offer vocational experience through off-site work crews at partner businesses such as Georgia-Pacific, OIA Logistics and Coca-Cola.

Adults with disabilities want to make a contribution to society, feel the camaraderie of a work team, have the chance to develop new skills, make friends and experience the sense of self-worth and accomplishment that comes from a job well-done. This all contributes to our workers’ emotional health and quality of life.

Personal Development Programs
Our day program, Activities Toward Enrichment, provides recreational, social and therapeutic services to foster the health and quality of life for individuals who cannot work or do not wish to work. This non-work program offers a variety of classes, activities and community outings to keep program participants fully engaged in the world around them.

Work Futures Program
Exceed has also created a Work Futures Program that provides work skills assessment, vocational planning and job readiness for participants interested in creating and implementing their own unique employment goals. This innovative program helps prepare and transition participants into less restrictive employment options that promote independence and integration.
