Come join us on Saturday September 8th 2012 at 9am on top of Mt. Philo to practice Yoga and mindfulness and support the Center for Mindful Learning.

 

This year our featured program is the New Sudan Jonglei Orphans Foundation. Twenty-percent of donations will go to supporting this amazing organization. www.nsjof.org

 

After three years of some grueling 108 sun salutations, we decided to ease up this year on the physical rigor and instead deepen our commitment to practice. This year we will start the practice with a short meditation led by CML founder, Soryu Forall. CML teachers Lindsay Foreman and Sofi Dillof will then lead a gentle yoga practice open to all abilities and ages. The event will conclude with snacks (of course) and time for mingling and enjoying the mountain top view.
