Center for Spiritual Care and Pastoral Formation

CSCPF has grown rapidly in recent months and the work of certification, accreditation, communication, administration and community-building has literally overwhelmed a relatively small band of involved individuals.  We recently completed our first round of reciprocal certifications, accreditations and new certifications.  The process required an extraordinary amount of perseverance and hard work on the part of a few volunteers.  We are committed to providing the services that our members expect of CSCPF in a competent, timely and consistent manner.  And yet, to be quite honest, it has become a huge undertaking where the tasks, processes, and administrative functions have outnumbered our resources of our new organization.  There are essential tasks that are not getting done in a timely manner. If we have learned anything in the past several months it is that we need professional, administrative support to effectively serve the professional needs of our members.
