Commission on Economic Opportunity of Luzerne County

The Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO) operates a diverse array of programs intended to support low-income children, families, seniors, and the disabled.  Programs include a regional food bank providing donated and commodity food product to four counties in NEPA, supportive housing programs for veterans and disabled individuals, homelessness prevention, home-delivered meals for the elderly, after-school programs for children, employment training, home weatherization, children's food programs, nutrition education, and much more.
