The mission of Chapa-De Indian Health is to advance the health and well being of American Indians and low income individuals living in our communities by providing convenient access to high quality, compassionate care.

Our non-profit health centers offer adult and pediatric primary medical care, nutrition and health education, prenatal care, dental care, orthodontia, mental health counseling, substance use disorder services, psychiatry, optometry, and pharmacy services.

Community support is essential to advancing Chapa-De's mission and plays a vital role in helping us meet the needs of the communities we serve. With the help of generous donors, Chapa-De can purchase medical and dental equipment, offer specialty programs and services, and provide high-quality and compassionate care to all members of the community regardless of financial situation or ethnicity. Donations to Chapa-De are used to directly enhance our patient programs and services.

Donors also have the option of donating to support the April Moore Memorial Scholarship fund. Each year we award a $1,000 scholarship to a local student in honor of our long-time Board Chairperson April Moore. April dedicated her life to advancing American Indian people and ensuring that our health centers offer high-quality healthcare to native and low-income community members. We invite American Indian students attending college or a technical, trade or vocational school to apply.
