Center for Human Development Inc

Founded in 1972 to provide community-based human services, CHD is dedicated to advocacy, empowerment, and fostering independence among the people we serve. CHD now operates an integrated family of over 70 programs and assists more than 20,000 people in Massachusetts and Connecticut each year: foster children, people with disabilities, cancer survivors, at-risk adolescents, adults and youth struggling with mental health, addiction and developmental disabilities, homeless children and their families, the elderly, and many more.
