Nearly half of all Americans will face a cancer diagnosis during their lifetime, and here in the Greater Monadnock Region the need for state-of-the-art, accessible cancer care has never been greater. This is why Cheshire Medical Center is working to expand its treatment capabilities by adding a second linear accelerator (linac) to our Cancer Center. Radiation therapy is a cornerstone of cancer therapy - it is used in more than half of all cancer treatment plans. 

Help Us Raise $15,000 Toward a Second, State-of-the-Art Linear Accelerator for Cheshire's Cancer Center

• Expand Access - A second linac will enable Cheshire to treat more patients, reduce wait times, and ensure that vital treatment remains as close to home as possible, for as many patients as possible.


• Minimize Treatment Disruptions - The second unit will enable the Medical Center to provide continuous care by preventing delays or disruptions caused by required maintenance or potential repairs.


• Keep Care Close to Home - Reduce the burden on patients who are already navigating the most difficult fight of their lives.
