The primary purpose of the Kingdom Hotel Project is to create NEW JOBS in our communities. This project will create, develop and operate a chain of Christian hotel brands. Plans are currently under way to launch our first flagship property in Saint Louis, Missouri, near Lambert International Airport. Our first brand will be marketed as an upscale mid-priced hotel chain that is designed for business and leisure travelers with the capability to also accommodate religious events.

We will use the capital for, but not limited to; purchasing, developing and operating our first property which will be located in Saint Louis, Missouri. Future expansion plans include properties to be independently owned and operated as franchises under a licensing agreement.

Our initial hotel brand will feature a conference center, a full service restaurant, spa & beauty salon, swimming pool, and a 24-Hour fitness center as standard property amenities.

Guest room amenities will include microwave, coffee maker and either a king, queen or two double-sized beds. Each guest room will boast a sitting area with a large desk and couch. In addition to standard suites, some locations will also offer executives suites. Each property will offer free broadband Internet access.
