The Christian Chain, Inc.

The primary project of The Christian Chain is a community project called, Samaritan Bags. This project was started after the founder came across numerous people standing on the street corner asking for assistance. He felt compelled to offer assistance, and was reminded about the parable of the Good Samaritan from the Bible. After talking with a few people, this idea of a bag of needed items for those who are homeless came into exsistance. 

A Samaritan Bag is a bag that a person can carry with them so that when they come across someone who is in need, they are ready to offer assistance. A typical Samaritan Bag has many items in it; among which is food, water, a first-aid kit, socks and a Bible. We also provide an information card with directions and contact numbers for food banks and shelters in the Phoenix area.
