Circle the City

Circle the City is Arizona’s first medical respite center providing care to people experiencing homelessness in the Phoenix metro area. Through the compassionate care of our doctors, nurses, and respite assistants, we provide homeless men and women “a time and place to heal” after they are discharged from local hospitals. We partner with most of the major hospital systems in the Phoenix area to bridge the gap between inpatient and outpatient care, ensuring that our patients have the best possible opportunities to heal physically, socially, and emotionally. Our skilled case managers are dedicated to connecting each patient with important post-discharge resources, including primary medical care and housing, in order to break the cycle of homelessness.
