City Startup Labs' mission is to close the socio-economic mobility gap by consistently delivering leading-edge entrepreneurial education and workplace readiness training for a new class of justice-impacted entrepreneurs and value-added employees. City Startup Labs envisions a future of experimentation with new ideas, the fostering of new ventures, and where entrepreneurship can be a tool for social capital, innovation, resilience, wealth creation, and restorative justice.

The central focus of the ReEntry Entrepreneurship Program (REEP) is to create an entrepreneurial class among justice-impacted individuals. We believe that the new economic activity created by this population can be a catalyst in closing the socio-economic mobility and wealth gap experienced particularly within Black communities. REEP is a 14-week incubator program with a focus on launching team-based ventures.

Restorative Pathways (RP) is a Fair Chance workplace readiness program that focuses on developing value-added employees as well as employers that understand the benefits and complexity of hiring justice-impacted individuals. RP consists of Employer Workplace Readiness preparation, as well as a 5-week training program that equips participants with tools and techniques to enter the workforce successfully.
