Meeting Basic Needs & Mentoring the Financially Vulnerable

CityHope “walks with” financially vulnerable individuals and families, empowering and equipping them with the necessary resources and skills needed to thrive in their communities. We provide relational advocacy and ongoing support services to those experiencing financial hardship and housing insecurity. Our programs: CityHope Pantry, Drop-In Hours-Thursdays, Coaching and Mentoring, Hope Overflowing and Getting Ahead build transformational relationships, promoting change and dignity for everyone.

Trusted “helpers” for over twenty-five years, we got our start through the Helping and Healing Ministry at CenterPoint Church in Concord, New Hampshire. As the need for supportive services to vulnerable populations of Concord and surrounding communities grew beyond the scope of CenterPoint’s missional provision, church staff and elders decided to create CityHope. We are a 501C3 non-profit organization on a mission to serve the whole person.

Our dream is to raise enough funds to one-day purchase a multi-use building where we can create classrooms, creative spaces, and transitional living spaces for those we help. Making it possible for our participants to experience a future filled with hope and stability that's economically and housing secure.
