The Findlay community collaborated to make great strides toward closing the achievement gap, increasing achievement growth, and promoting a college and career ready environment for all students.

Findlay MS was rated as a 3-Star school.

Closed the achievement gap in reading for ELL and FRL students.

5th highest middle school reading achievement growth in the District.

UNLV GEAR UP provided classroom tutors and an after-school tutoring program to assist students with their academic needs.

 AVID Lead Team increased from 13 to 21 members, representing all stakeholders.

The Truancy Diversion Program assisted students with attendance concerns to encourage them to stay in school and raise their grades.

Schoolwide recognition was given to all students demonstrating exemplary achievement in citizenship and academics.

Over 300 students were honored for straight As and outstanding citizenshp at the annual FMS Counselors' Breakfast.
