$6,000 Goal

Colorado Institute of Music is dedicated to unlocking the transformative power of music education in young students’ lives. Whether each child becomes a professional musician or simply enjoys a lifetime of music making, the lessons learned from disciplined practice, friendly collaboration, and brave performance opportunities transform the lives of hundreds of young people each year.

Thelma Teitelbaum Memorial Suzuki Students and Teachers Scholarship Fund:

  • Provides scholarships for students and teacher trainees attending the Colorado Suzuki Institute.
  • This new scholarship fund will ensure that no child or teacher seeking Suzuki training is left behind.
  • Every dollar contributed before the end of the year to the Teitelbaum scholarship fund will be matched up to $3,000!

The Colorado Institute of Music has a long term goal of making our Institutes available to any child who wishes to attend regardless of their family’s financial constraints. Admittedly, this is a lofty goal but we believe it is possible to reach this goal within the next 7 years. Please contribute if you can towards this goal. Each year we turn away many dedicated students because we cannot offer them financial assistance. They need our help. Your gift can help us assist more deserving young musicians. Together we can meet this goal!
