Community Climate Solutions

Did you know - the majority of American's are concerned about climate change but don't know what they can do.   The Good News is we have all the technology and solutions we need to address climate change and there are many things that everyone can do that will make a difference!  In fact, some of the most significant progress on climate change is happening at the local level.  The better news is that most actions will also save money, create jobs and improve our health.

Our Project

Community Climate Solutions is buildling an online community platform to raise awareness about the solutions to climate change and engage and empower communities to take action and implement solutions.  Our program provides a platform where residents can learn about options to reduce their impact, save money and work together to achieve community goals.

Program highlights:

*Easy to use action dashboard including complete information and resources for completing each action.

*Users can connect and share ideas and resources as well as join teams and work together towards goals.

*Users earn points for actions and track progess at the household, team and community level including some friendly competition to make it fun.

*Comprehensive program for residents, students, community leaders and businesses to get involved and help encourage community participation.

Help Support Our Program Launch!

We have completed our design and we are currently fundraising to support the build and launch of our platform.  We have received a very positive response to our design and the cities of Fremont and Menlo Park have requested to be part of our pilot launch!  We are targeting our launch for September 2015.
