Community Foundation of West Alabama

We are unique in that we don't support a single cause but rather the charitable community as a whole.  In the past 3 years we have funded almost 200 different nonprofits in the area of education, arts, health care, housing, etc.  Our foundation was formed in 1999 and is one of over 700 community foundations nationwide.  We are managed by a local board of 15 professionals that include attorneys, cpas, judges, insurance professionals, business executives, etc.  We provide the flexibility to meet the needs of anyone interested in philanthropy.
