Community health clinic is accredited as a Patient Centered Medical Home by NCQA. We provide quality medical care to both insured and uninsured residents. In 2014 we served 2543 individual patients and we have 6322 visits. 50% of patients we serve are uninsured and 97% of our patients fall with in 200% of federal poverty guidelines. Our medical site is located in New Kensington and Vandergrift, in Westmoreland County.
