Community Land Trust Association of West Marin

CLAM is a community land trust, creating homes that will be affordable forever to the people who make our community work and thrive - teachers, medical staff, shopkeepers and retail workers, retired people, artists, and many more. We currently provide homes to fifty people, a number that is growing each year. The support of members of the community is what has made our success possible.
