The Community at Holy Family Manor

In the tradition of the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth our mission is to support and nurture families by providing essential services designed to empower them to fulfill their role in church and society.

Since 1875, The Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth have provided care to those in greatest need. We work as a family to serve families from infants to seniors. The Community at Holy Family Manor, Inc., created by the Sisters, solely to continue their commitment to families served through this inspirational organization. The ministry of caring is made real through a spectrum of family support programs which include Holy Family Manor Personal Care, Mt. Nazareth Learning Center and Nazareth Housing Services. Each program touches on specific needs of families throughout various stages.
