Compassion by Design

Compassion by Design is a nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of seniors, caregivers, and the professionals who support them. We believe elder care should be grounded in dignity, empathy, education, and real community connection.

Our work was born from lived experience and a deep u

nderstanding of the emotional, practical, and systemic challenges families face while caring for aging loved ones. Too often, caregivers are overwhelmed, seniors feel isolated, and those providing care are left without the support, training, and tools they need. Compassion by Design exists to help change that.

Through education, advocacy, community engagement, and practical support resources, we are building programs that strengthen caregivers, uplift older adults, and encourage a more compassionate approach to care. Our work is designed to support not only families, but also healthcare workers, community partners, and organizations seeking better ways to serve the aging population.

Our initiatives include caregiver-centered workshops, community forums, support resources, and signature events that bring people together to learn, heal, and take action. From the Legacy Forum to future elder care programs and outreach efforts, Compassion by Design is creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
